Each product can store a name, product code, barcode, default price, stock quantity and low-stock threshold. These details make it easier to select the right product during a sale.
Sales are associated with stock movement. For counts, returns or corrections, save the stock update as a separate action so you can later understand why a record changed.
For many products, use the CSV template. Validation before import highlights missing or invalid rows, then valid records are processed only in the confirmed import step.

Yes. A saved product barcode can be used to select the product in both sales and product-search flows.
No. The default price on the product card is used for new sales; the amount recorded on an earlier sale remains unchanged.
